Guestlists are entry passes to our partner nightclubs in Singapore, that allow you to enter without paying the cover charge.

Guestlists are only accessible to Aentry members. To use it, book a slot with your selected club, for the date that you want to go. On the day of your booking, go to the venue before the specified last entry time, and show the Aentry app at the door.

Please note that some clubs may impose specific terms and conditions as part of the Guestlist access. These additional terms and conditions will be specified in app when you are reviewing the available slots to book.

Guestlist access is available to all Aentry members, and is included in your subscription price. No other payments are required for Guestlists.

Please note that some venues may impose a no-show penalty if you do not show up for your Guestlist booking.

To start off you must be an Aentry member. Guestlists are only available to Aentry members.

In the App, the Venues page lists down all our partner venues. Tap on any venue you are interested in and look out for the Aentry tab. If you see this, then this venue has guestlist access.

In the Aentry tab, you will see the available slots for the coming week. Pick your date of choice, then confirm your booking after accepting the terms and conditions.

You can see all your Guestlist bookings in the My Bookings page.

Guestlist bookings can be cancelled within the stipulated cancellation window. Each venue may have their own stipulated cancellation window will be specified when you are placing the booking.

Once the cancellation window has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel the booking, and will be expected to show up at the venue on the chosen date.

Some venues charge a No-Show Penalty if you do not show up for your Guestlist booking. In order to facilitate this, we place a hold on your payment card when you make the booking.

This charge is automatically refunded once you redeem your booking at the venue. If you did not show up, the stipulated No Show penalty will be charged to your card the following day.

No. You can make as many bookings as you want, so long as you remain an Aentry member.

However please note that some venues have limited slots available per day. Therefore please do not place bookings to venues unless you intend to actually go on the chosen day, as you may deny other members a chance to get on the Guestlist.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard only.

No. You will continue to be able to make and redeem Guestlist bookings within the  remaining membership period.

Your purchased tickets will also remain yours to claim. However do note that some events may explicitly require you to be an active Aentry member to redeem the ticket, in which case you may be denied entry, at the event manager’s discretion.

We’re sorry to see you go. You can delete your account from the My Account screen in the Aentry App.

Please note that any active subscription will be cancelled and your membership along with any unclaimed or unused Guestlists, tickets, purchases or offers are forfeited. You will not be entitled to any refunds. Deleting your account cannot be undone and we will be unable to recover any of your data including proof of purchases.
